"Vocaltone Networks Inc." owes to "Speedflow communications ltd." $ 1018.
Have started to work with "Vocaltone Networks Inc." in February 2007. Started with small amount of traffic, but at the end of the year sum was about USD 1018. They promise to pay in cash thru the person in Kiev. When have tried to contact this person - number was inaccessible. Vocaltone's representative asserted that contact person has simply left for New Year's holidays. However after a few weeks after holidays contact person was still inaccessible. After plural inquiries "Vocaltone Networks Inc." have informed, that they do not have all bills for payment and have asked to send them. Bills have been sent the next day, but no payment was received. They promised to pay on the same week - but we received nothing.
Vocaltone ignores most part of letters - respond only after notices on possibility of public publicity.
On March, 21st we have been informed, that they pay on Рaypal - however any payment was not received by us. They do not respond on inquiry about giving any detailing information about payment.
