On october 3, we recieved an arupt notice from Kayote fo our reseller services

To our customers,
Unfortunately, Kayote is unable to continue to provide wholesale (A-Z) termination services.
The Moving Minutes service will cease completely as of 10.00 UTC on Friday 03rd October.
Please note that customers of Kayote's VTM service will continue to be supported but will no longer be able to terminate traffic through the Moving Minutes Service.

without even giving us time to make adjustments, they just shut down the service. We are on a PREPAID service.
I told them we have funds with them and he told us that balmo international, a supposedly colleage will take over and gave us another set of rates, after many days on hold

Dear customers
Regret to hear that ur accounts been stopped from one partition of kayote VTM
so the solution immediate is u can start the same service from another partition of the swith handled by us
we will allow u start ur accounts with 10% of ur balance that ur current account manager due to u
and in each month we will credit back 10% each until finish ur balance as listed by ur account manager
ur account name and password and new proxy will come in a while to ur mail
if any of u are using kayote as a terminator , please let us know

I just noticed after client complains that they are not able to use the service, it was because we were plugged by balmo to their VTM which uses a very degraded termination services which cannot even call usa but still being billed by their system.

I emailed kayote support and here is the frustrating answer I got

what is going on here? they listed as VP for sales and VP for engineering fo kayote but they cannot help us? I emailed balmo and no reply up to now

I sent sms messages but still noone was responding. I donot know what heppened to their service, why they suddenly stopped it, moved us to a degraded termination, gave us 10% of our PREPAID credit and does not answer our emails. I requested for a FULL refund but still donot have a reply

Be careful of Kayote/Balmo I really think they are fraud.
