They told me that they will deliver me soft switch Voice Master and Sys Master with IVR straight dial to destination number and IVR will balance and minute for the destination. They gave me system like dial some kind of digit 111 first than dial destination number after that it will play IVR, it was not our deal. They tried to deliver me IVR as I wanted, after 20 days they informed me that the can’t do it......but they did not refund my first month rent 600 USD and setup charge 400, kept all 1000 USD.
Beware of this guys, they are not just thief I am sure they don’t even know much about Voice Master or Switch Master. it took them 10 days just for Linksys PAP2T device get registered with Sysmaster. They were repeatedly instead that Kuwait ISP’s blocked its voice port that is why Linksys is not registering with server to make call.
