I have been exchanging traffic with MobitelUSA.

I have sent many wire payments to him and received payments from him too. Finally, I sent him a pre-payment for a route to India. We didn't have the traffic. Finally, I requested the refund. He agreed to pay me back and then went silent.
Thereafter, his associate was helping to recover the funds by send some India calls but that too came to an end as he left the company.
Now, I have $5.000 outstanding.
He does not answer the phone calls or respond to the e-mails. I don't see him online either as he must have blocked me.
Please be aware of this company and this person.
Please help me to recover this.
