Dear partners,

please be aware of Technoflux Solutions.

They contacted us in September about purchasing some international route time from us.

We finished interop testing with them to IP 124.125.27.190 and approved them to go forward on a prepay only basis.

They began submitting credit card payments indicating that that was how they financed their business.   We opened traffic to them based on preliminary approval of the credit card payments. Over a period of days they had accumulated  more than $10,000 in traffic charges.

When we reviewed payment history,  they had a significant number of declines and their payment  amounts were numerous and small - $30-$200.    Based upon dialog with our merchant bank (Cardmember Services and their portal  Authorize.net,   we suspended traffic to them.

Technoflux indicated that they would provide a bank wire and other bank documentation but none was forthcoming.      They have stopped responding to inquiries.

Charges from  the cards have been charged back as fraudulent against our account and the Merchant bank has held the balance of any funds in process so we are out the money paid for the routes plus the cash for the chargebacks against the account.

Direct calls from some card holders indicated that this was fraud.
