Xpirio Telecommunications & Service GmbH bankruptcy
The Xpirio Telecommunications & Service GmbH declare bankruptcy on 12 September 2013.
The debt amount is 6.3 million euros.
At present day the company is under the restructuring process. According to plan submitted by Xpirio creditors are currently offered a quota of 20 percent, payable in two years from the date of the reorganization plan.
In addition, the existing network will have to be dismantled in the course of the renovation.
