BD Highway sent small amounts of traffic to us (Digerati Networks, Inc.) from November 2008 until March 2009. At least twice, they told our company they had mailed a check. No payment arrived. Due to the small amount, we offered to credit them the wire fee if they would please just send payment to clear the old balance. Phonecalls and e-mails go unanswered.
Payment requests have been sent since as far back as December 2008. Our most recent payment attempt was sent to all e-mail addresses listed on their website. We do not know if this company is still in business or not, since there has been no communication. The balance is below $500, but due to its age we expected reasonable accommodations to be made for payment. Unfortunately we received no cooperation.

We received a phonecall today from Butler Dalton. There apparently was a miscommunication with BD Highway's accounting department, and the wire was supposed to have gone out many months ago. Butler assures us this was a misunderstanding and states that the payment is pending today. We appreciate the communication received, and look forward to having this issue behind us.
