Be aware of SIASA Telecom Ltd purporting to have offices in HongKong, China and Dubai.
They are a con company. They used our (Fingertips East Africa) service worthy USD5,986.14, send us a fake wire through another company by the name "We are Brockers Ltd" and kept on demanding for more credit. They then blocked our lines and e-mails. Please don't deal with them till they clear with us.
